A kitchen is the heart of any home. It’s where meals are made, mornings begin, and friends gather long after the plates are cleared.
So when you’re ready to create something truly your own, the details matter.

Here’s what sets a Cheshire designer kitchen apart, and why so many homeowners choose Brownlow.
Handcrafted in the Heart of Cheshire
Just outside the historic city of Chester, our Cheshire workshop is where every kitchen begins.
This isn’t a factory line. It’s a space where skilled craftsmen shape raw timber into stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces.
With over 30 years of combined experience, our team treats every project as something personal.
The finest materials, careful joinery, and a real love for the craft go into each kitchen we make.
That’s the difference you feel the moment you step into a Brownlow space.
No Two Kitchens Are the Same
The beauty of a truly bespoke kitchen is that it’s built around you.
Your home, your style, and the way you actually live.
We start from a blank canvas. There are no fixed templates and no forced compromises.
Want units that reach the ceiling? A larger island? A quiet corner for morning coffee?
We simply ask what you’d like, then design around it.
Every timber, finish, and handle is chosen to reflect your taste.
You’ll see this personal touch in projects like Spindleford Manor, where intricate detailing gives the space real character, and Pointe House, with its clean, modern lines.
Both are unmistakably Brownlow, yet completely different from one another.
A Design Process That Brings Ideas to Life
Great design should feel exciting, not stressful.
Our process is built to make your decisions easy and enjoyable.
- A collaborative start: We listen closely to your ideas and aspirations before anything else.
- Clear 2D plans: These act as a visual blueprint, so you can see how each element fits together.
- Photo-realistic renders: Stunning visuals show textures, colours, and materials before a single piece of wood is cut.
By the time the build begins in our workshop, you’ll already know exactly how your kitchen will look and feel.
Function That Matches the Beauty
A designer kitchen should work as beautifully as it looks.
That’s why we hand-select the best appliances from top brands to suit your lifestyle, from Quooker boiling water taps to Liebherr refrigeration and BORA hobs.
Every appliance is sized and placed to fit seamlessly into your layout.
The result is a kitchen that’s practical for daily life and a joy to spend time in.
More Than Just a Kitchen
Many of our clients love their kitchen so much that they ask us to design further rooms in their home.
From statement furniture to finishing touches, our craftsmanship extends well beyond cabinetry.
You can even explore handmade pieces and accessories in our online shop.
This attention to detail is why Brownlow enjoys a five star reputation among Cheshire homeowners.
