Working in collaboration with Rachel Winham Design, this beautiful kitchen was created for a young family who truly value time spent together, whether cooking, dining or simply enjoying family life.

An integrated seating booth and generous island with bar stools were essential to the design, creating a space that could bring everyone together. The room was previously an unused bar, which we transformed into a spacious kitchen and dining area. The original beams were carefully refurbished and became a defining feature of the space, providing a central line around which the kitchen was designed.

As passionate cooks, the clients needed a kitchen that could work as hard as they did. A range cooker, alongside two additional ovens, was therefore an essential part of the brief. We also introduced a walk-in pantry, concealed behind a bespoke arched door, providing a practical and beautifully considered home for everyday dry ingredients and kitchen essentials.

You’ll often see textured glazing within our kitchens, and this project is no exception.

We love using glass to bring light, depth and a sense of openness to a space, while textured glass allows us to soften the view of what’s behind it. Kitchens are busy working spaces and their contents aren’t always perfectly presentable, so textured glazing offers the perfect balance between practicality and beauty.

The result is a warm, functional and characterful family kitchen, designed around the way this young family loves to live, cook and spend time together.
