As many will know, finding the right partner in this process can be mind blowing, so many websites and really hard to define who’s the right fit. We looked at 4 different companies, and even visited them. Brownlow was head and shoulders above everyone and here’s why;

- Their showroom and facility showcased their amazing work, it was clear the type of business they are, so professional.
- On our first visit they had nailed the design of what we wanted, and even better they had all of the woods, fabrics, handles and marble out on display from the mood boards they’d presented. It just brought everything to life and it took 2 minutes for us to sign things off (this is not the norm from any of their competitors we visited).
- The biggest difference by far was Hannah, what a superstar! She was so invested in what we wanted, so passionate about the details and delivering the vision, you truly don’t find people like this anymore.

The best way I can validate Brownlow is that we originally intended to do a couple of rooms with them and ended up doing the whole house. We couldn’t be happier and the collaboration with my Wife and Hannah has given our house a unique and amazing look, we really didn’t want a cookie cutter approach.

Brownlow do not just sell kitchens they sell dreams!!

I went to quite a few high-end kitchen makers and when I told them what I wanted everyone wanted me to make compromises. They can’t fit the units to the ceiling you need a bin x big in the island!!! Brownlow just said how tall and what would you like. there were no compromises with the design or quality!!

My husband said to me dream with your eyes open and that is what Brownlow do they make your dreams real … From the first meeting they make your journey so amazing and memorable. showing you the blank piece of wood that then becomes part of your kitchen.

My designer was Matt and from our first meeting to the finish he was completely on point and completely professional. I am an excitable person and when Brownlow invited me to see our kitchen. I was blown away …. the quality was down to the millimetre and the pride that every Brownlow staff member has for their work is off the scale.

The kitchens are worth every penny and more and the customer service is outstanding. I could not recommend Brownlow enough.

Exceptional in every way!

We have just had our kitchen of dreams installed by Brownlow and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. They’ve impressed us at every stage of the process with their professionalism, creative ideas and the sheer quality of the beautiful cabinetry produced.

Our designer Matt listened to everything that we were trying to achieve and came up with beautiful designs which reflected and exceeded our hopes for the room. Brownlow were flexible when our wider renovation project hit unexpected bumps in the road and worked with us patiently to fit in with our timetable. The fitters too are fastidious in their work and take such care to make sure every detail is perfect. The end result is just stunning and we have now commissioned Brownlow to design a further 3 spaces within our home, as we are so impressed with their work. Honestly if you are thinking of using Brownlow then please don’t hesitate, the quality of their work shines through and you will be thrilled with the end result!

The obvious choice for our own new Kitchen and here's the reason why!

We have known the team at Brownlow Furniture for a number of years now, as our companies have worked together on many high end residential projects. This also means with our work generally, we see alternative companies who offer similar services on projects, all with their own styles and with their own ways of managing and approaching the task in hand. When we therefore wanted to add a new Kitchen to our own home, Brownlow Furniture was the instant choice.

Firstly, their Showroom demonstrated the perfect style we were looking for. It's a lovely space to spend time in, discussing the requirements and working on the details of the design.

Secondly, their team are incredibly approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. There is no whiff of any high end boutique snobbery, the whole process was relaxed and we felt comfortable working with the design team of Rob, Hannah and Matt at all times.

Their installation team liaised and involved us with all the little decisions that really do matter as the installation progressed. We have received an exemplary service from Lily managing the installation and most importantly, we absolutely love the Kitchen and have many friends expressing their "Kitchen Envy!"

The final reason we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Brownlow Furniture team is that they are so much more than a bespoke furniture / cabinet company. They really do have a positive input and bring a lot of value to the wider space as a whole, which when most people now want more open plan living, we found this to be incredibly helpful in making our project a success. We actually moved doors to rooms etc. something we would never have thought about and down to how the design team looked at concepts on how we were going to live in the space as a whole.
