Spalted Beech Bread Knife

At Brownlow we hate to see anything go to waste, in this case we have used our timber off cuts to make into beautiful knife handles. Due to the individuality of each piece of timber, no two knives are the same.

With a serrated edge ensuring precise cuts with every use, bread knives are amongst the most versatile knives in the knife block. They are highly proficient at slicing melons, cutting tomatoes and slicing cooked proteins as well as other baked goods with ease.

Due to the timber handle we ask these are washed by hand only.
