This prospector roasting tray is perfect to take directly from the oven to the dining table. Two sturdy handles are hand riveted to the tray with solid iron rivets, making it easy to carry. Perfect for all types of ovens and range stoves, it can also be used on barbeques, open fires, wood burning ovens, electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs.
